Leadingo

Frequently Asked Questions

Once the campaign has commenced the first messages have been sent, you can expect to see leads come through between the first 7 – 14 days.
Depending on the campaign channel that you have chosen, your leads will come in through your LinkedIn/ email inbox.
A positive lead is more than just a simple inquiry. It signifies a genuine interest and a desire to delve deeper into the offerings of your product or service. While these responses may not explicitly request a meeting, they hold the potential for valuable engagement. Nurturing these leads is essential, as they often require personalised attention and guidance to successfully convert them into meaningful opportunities.
A neutral lead represents a response that displays moderate or limited interest in exploring your product or service. Although these leads may not exhibit immediate readiness, they still hold potential for conversion. Frequently, these replies involve requests for future contact, as there may be certain constraints preventing them from proceeding at present. By maintaining proactive communication and nurturing these leads over time, there is an opportunity to cultivate their interest and guide them towards becoming valuable customers.
Typically, prospects have not explicitly opted in to receive emails from us. Leadingo adopts a highly targeted approach to email outreach, which means we do not mandate prospects to opt in for receiving our emails.
The success of a campaign is heavily influenced by various factors, including industry, company sizes, public holidays, and more.
The key priority is to respond promptly to new leads. Maintaining momentum is vital to maximise the likelihood of conversion. Checking if a prospect includes a mobile number in their signature and reaching out with a phone call can be advantageous since it can be more challenging to decline over the phone. When suggesting a virtual meeting, we advise you to provide a few specific time options rather than asking the prospect for their preferred time.
Absolutely, however we do recommend giving the targets you have set at the beginning of the campaign at least a month to perform before making changes.
